Is it required that I put the recipient’s number? |

The recipient’s phone number is used for delivery purposes. On some occasions, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery. To maintain its high quality standards, Zoohoor.com® will occasionally contact the recipient to ensure their satisfaction. |

What happens after I place an order? |
|
When your order is placed at Zoohoor.com®, and after your credit card payment is approved by the clearance house, your order is then sent over a secure connection to Zoohoor.com®. Automatically, you will receive via e-mail, a confirmation letter that your order has been successfully placed. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. When is my order delivered? |

If you place an order before 12:00 midnight (Delivery Country Time), your order will be delivered the next day, including the weekends. (Toys, Fluffies, Balloons, Baby furniture could not be delivered on Sundays). If you entered a date that does not conform to the policy stated above, we would deliver the ordered product the next day the order is received. |

Is it safe to use my credit card online? |
